This is the view from the lake side of the cabin in 2010.  I took shot at the stonework on the chimney in 2003.  I  was right, it looks awesome.  And so went my first masonry job.

This is the north east corner.  Finally put that porch on with a lot of help from my Dad in 2011.

The retaining wall took a couple weekends in 2002, including the underground drain tiles.  Needed to prevent too much erosion from the roof.  Leveling the bottom row of stones is crucial to get this to look right.   Turned out to be worth the effort.

Tile work started in 2012, this is how the kitchen floor turned out.  The white accent tiles are dolomite.

Here is the bathroom tile floor and walls.  The decorative strip was really worth the effort.

These are the cabinets built in 1964 for my parents house, they removed them in 2002, (at least that was the last Packer schedule on the pantry door.)   I moved them around the cabin for a long time before I finally installed them in 2011.

At long last I started and completed the inside stone work on the fireplace in 2012.  Laminate floor was completed in July of 2013.  Even the bear got tired.
